Aurel (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an application provided by VConekt. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Aurel (the “App”), you agree to this policy.
Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from that provider.
Content you provide. Text prompts you enter, and images you upload for editing or to animate into video. Generated images and videos are stored in your account so you can access them across devices.
Usage and app data. Credit balance, subscription/plan status, and basic activity needed to run the service.
Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We receive a purchase token and subscription status to activate your plan. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Reports. If you report a generated image, we store the report reason and a reference to that image so we can review it.
Device information. Standard technical data such as device type, operating system and app version, used for reliability and support.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to deliver the feature you use.
Prompts you enter and images you submit are transmitted to our AI provider to generate output. Generated images and videos are stored in your account until you delete them. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, and do not submit unlawful or infringing content. Reported content may be reviewed by us.
We retain your account information and creations while your account is active. If you delete a creation it is removed from your library. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Aurel is not directed to children under [13 / 16, per your region]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “9 Sep 2026” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
